Banur, Feb. 10 -- Holy Mary's School celebrated its 27th Founder's Day on February 2, 2026 with immense pride, gratitude, and joy. The occasion marked nearly three decades of dedicated service in the field of education, nurturing young minds and shaping responsible citizens for society. Established in 1999 by Holy Mary's Regd. Society, Holy Mary's School was founded with the noble mission of imparting high-quality, value-based,affordable education to the children of Banur and its surrounding villages. From its humble beginnings, the institution has grown into a respected centre of learning, known for academic excellence, discipline, and holistic development. The school was formally inaugurated on February 2, 1999 with divine blessings from Rev Fr Premanand, then Parish Priest of St Thomas Catholic Church, Rajpura, and Rev Fr Joy, then Director of Don Bosco Rural Development Institute, Kauli. The inauguration took place in the gracious presence of the school's co-founders, CC Devassy and Anny Devassy, whose unwavering dedication laid the strong foundation of the institution. The Founder's Day celebration was a memorable tribute to the visionaries behind the school.
