CHANDIGARH, Aug. 25 -- : Government Model Senior Secondary School (GMSSS), Sector 20-D, celebrated the 80th Independence Day alongside Hariyali Teej with overwhelming enthusiasm, patriotism, and traditional flair on August 15. The celebrations commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by principal Baljeet Kaur, accompanied by the echoing notes of the National Anthem. A synchronised parade was presented by the school's NCC cadets under the leadership and guidance of ANO first officer Harjit Kaur. To honor exemplary service, performance medals were awarded to outstanding cadets for their discipline and dedication.
