Mohali, Dec. 16 -- The Pre-Primary Wing of the school successfully hosted its much-awaited Experiential Learning Showcase (ELS Week), centred around the vibrant theme, 'Exploring the Wonders of the Animal Kingdom.' The week-long celebration aimed to immerse children in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences while nurturing empathy, awareness, and curiosity about the natural world. Students from Nursery to Class 2 enthusiastically participated in a range of engaging activities that transformed classrooms into lively habitats of the animal world. Through interactive presentations, expressive role-plays, and thoughtfully designed learning corners, the young learners showcased their understanding of various animal groups-pets, wild animals, garden creatures, bugs, birds, and fascinating sea animals. A special highlight of the showcase was the active involvement of parents in collaborative art and creative learning activities. Together with their children, they explored stone painting, mask making, no-fire cooking, and theme-based hanging crafts, contributing to a warm and colourful atmosphere. These activities not only encouraged creativity but also strengthened the bond between parents and children. The experiential week underscored the school's belief in learning through exploration, observation, and expression. Teachers facilitated immersive learning environments where students could connect deeply with nature and understand the importance of caring for the planet's diverse species. The event culminated with touching messages delivered by the young participants, who confidently appealed to the audience: "Let's love, protect, and save all animals." Their voices served as a gentle reminder of the responsibility we all share in safeguarding the environment. ELS Week 2025 was a celebration of imagination, knowledge, and compassion - an inspiring reflection of how experiential learning can shape thoughtful and sensitive young citizens....
