Chandigarh, Aug. 19 -- The students, principal and all the staff members of DAV- 15 celebrated 80th Independence Day on August 15 with patriotic zeal and fervour. The principal, Anuja Sharma highlighted the significance of the day to commemorate our brave leaders and freedom fighters of history who valiantly made our country independent. Independence Day activities based the theme 'Har Ghar Tiranga' were conducted on August 14 in all the classes. On August 15 , the celebrations started with unfurling of flag and release of balloons by the principal, Anuja Sharma.
