India, Sept. 22 -- P resley Gerber, model and son of American actor Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, has died at the age of 27. TMZ reported that Gerber died on Sunday at a rehabilitation facility. The cause of death has not been released. "The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time," a spokesman for the family told PEOPLE magazine. Gerber had previously spoken openly about his mental health challenges, sharing videos titled 'Mental Health Mondays' on Instagram, where he discussed experiencing anxiety and depression. In 2025, he shared details of his treatment journey in a now-deleted Instagram post, saying he wanted to speak publicly about his experiences so others facing similar struggles would feel less isolated. "Here's some clarity for ya - the truth will set you free (hopefully) haha," Gerber had written in the caption.
