According to a report published on Wednesday by Japanese tabloid Shukan Bunshun, RM was allegedly spotted smoking multiple times in a non-smoking zone around Shibuya. He had been staying in the area during the band's performance at Tokyo Dome on April 17 and 18 as part of their ARIRANG world tour.
