Panchkula, Aug. 27 -- Dass & Brown Experiential Learning School (Dbels) hosted its first blood donation camp on August 22. The camp was conducted by a senior medical team from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, under the supervision of Dr. Suchet Sachdev, professor, department of transfusion medicine. The medical team ensured that the donation process was conducted in a safe, organised and professional manner. The initiative was spearheaded by Gopan Gopalkrishnan, deputy CEO, DBELS, and Anju Mehta, principal who inaugurated the camp by becoming the first blood donor.
