Chandigarh/New Delhi, June 5 -- The BJP on Thursday announced the names of 11 candidates for the biennial elections to the Rajya Sabha, dropping two Union ministers, picking a general secretary from Madhya Pradesh, and nominating an associate of former chief minister N Biren Singh from Manipur.
