Panchkula, Aug. 26 -- Bhavan Vidyalaya conducted an engaging and informative workshop on Hand Wash and Personal Hygiene for the students of Classes 1, 2 and 3. The session was led by BP Singh from the WELM Foundation, highlighting the importance of maintaining cleanliness and adopting healthy hygiene practices in daily life. Through interactive demonstrations and practical tips, Singh explained the correct steps of hand washing and emphasised how small habits can prevent diseases and promote overall well-being. This initiative is part of the school health & wellness programme being run by the school. It is a joint initiative of the ministry of health and family welfare and NCERT in collaboration with UNESCO, aimed at instilling lifelong habits of cleanliness, health awareness and overall well-being among students.
