Silchar, Aug. 7 -- Three men from Assam's Cachar district have been arrested for allegedly abducting two tribal girls from Mizoram and gang-raping them in a moving car, police said on Thursday. Additional superintendent of police (crime) Rajat Pal, Cachar district said on August 3, around 2.30 am, the girls arrived at the Dholai police station and reported the incident. "They said that the accused raped them. Since both of them claimed to be minors, we proceeded with the matter under the Juvenile Justice system."
