India, May 27 -- A ctor Krissann Barretto Karamchandani, best known for the show Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan, welcomed a girl with her husband, engineer Nathan Karamchandani, on May 20. Calling it the "most magical phase" of her life, she shares, "I was in shock for a while and kept staring at her until it hit me that this is my baby. My husband and I just held her with happy tears." The 34-year-old underwent a C-section and is recovering well: "The moment you look at your baby, you almost forget everything else. I'm still recovering, but it was truly worth it." Krissann adds that motherhood has given her a new perspective on life. "It's a miracle what women are capable of doing with their bodies. I've never felt stronger, and I've never experienced love like this before. It truly feels like my heart is outside my body," she says. Reflecting on the connection with her newborn, Krissann shares, "The moment she holds my hand and recognises me as her safe place. that feeling is indescribable." Now embracing motherhood full-time, Krissann says her priorities have shifted. "I'm grateful for the career I've built and I'll return to work when the time feels right, but at this stage, my child needs me the most," she ends....
