India, June 3 -- As half the year goes by, actor-turned-author Twinkle Khanna has dropped some timely advice for the months ahead: travel lighter, and not just with suitcases. Sharing a vacation picture on Instagram, she wrote, "Travel lighter this year." Turning luggage into a metaphor, she added, "We all carry baggage, and like airline counters, the heavier the bags, the greater the penalty." Khanna also acknowledged that emotional baggage is not easy to shed. "We may never get rid of it all, but with enough practice and perhaps even the right therapist, we can learn to downsize our baggage so it's small enough to stow in the overhead compartment," she wrote....
