Nimrat Kaur visits Kashi on Hanuman Jayanti
India, April 3 -- On Thursday, actor Nimrat Kaur visited Kashi, Uttar Pradesh, and shared glimpses from what she called "an invaluable experience." Her day began at the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, linked to Tulsidas's vision of Hanuman, before leading her to Tulsi Ghat, "one of the most peaceful, energetically charged places" she ever visited.
The 44-year-old also discovered the centuries-old Tulsi Akhara, where wrestlers devoted to Hanuman follow a life of "spiritual discipline and physical strength," beginning their day with "Boondi ke laddoos and training in dough like mud from the banks of Ganga".
