India, July 4 -- Months after making his relationship Instagram official, F1 star Lewis Hamilton, 41, has given a playful nod to his romance with American reality TV star Kim Kardashian, 45, acknowledging it during a light-hearted fan Q and A ahead of the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, Northamptonshire, England. During the session, where he appeared alongside fellow drivers Oliver Bearman, Lando Norris, Arvid Lindblad and George Russell, a fan asked, "You've been a happier man recently - why's that? Could that be a girlfriend?" prompting laughter on stage. To this, Lewis responded with humour, initially steering the conversation toward his season with Ferrari before finally confirming the speculation. "Yeah - that's a good one. And of course, of course it's Kim," he said with a smile. The comment comes amid reports that Lewis and Kim are getting serious with their romance. Besides holidaying in exotic locations around, Kim was also seen bonding with Lewis' mom during a recent family celebration.
