According to Luminate, her global audio and video streams jumped 1,549%, from 2.5 million on Monday to 41.8 million on Tuesday. By Wednesday, her on-demand audio streams had reached 79.7 million, putting her at No. 1 globally. In the US, Parton was the second-most-streamed artiste on Tuesday, behind Drake, before topping Spotify's US artiste chart for the first time a day later. Globally on Spotify, she was No. 2 behind Bad Bunny. Her song, Jolene, led the surge, followed by 9 to 5 and Islands in the Stream.
