India, June 2 -- Ahead of the release of Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol-starrer Alpha, the grapevine was rife with speculations of a rift between the actors, with tensions high while filming. Now, Bobby has rubbished the reports. "I was shocked when a friend sent me a snapshot of this rumour," the actor said in a recent episode of Aap Ki Adalat. The 57-year-old added, "Log itne velle hain ki kuch bhi likhke bana dete hain. I had just done Animal (2023), with Ranbir (Kapoor, Alia's actor-husband) and then I got to know I was being offered a film with Alia. I was like, 'What's happening with me?' Both of them are my favourite actors, and I am getting to work with them." The actor also insisted that, unlike the reports claiming otherwise, there were no tensions during filming: "It was so nice. She is such a good actress and works so hard. She was so prepared for all the fight sequences." Adding that "90% of the news on Instagram is fake", Bobby said, "I didn't get why people would write that. And then they even wrote that Bobby was so miffed that (producer) Aditya Chopra offered him another film. I can't go around proving a point to everybody. It's not true."htc...
