India, Sept. 16 -- Bobby Deol's career is on the up again, but he isn't a stranger to low periods in Bollywood. The actor opened up about how some of his decisions negatively impacted his career during an interview at the Toronto International Film Festival. He said, "Today, I have become braver and more fearless. I have moved away from the image people once had of me. The web shows I acted in helped. During times when I didn't have work, I took acting classes. I asked myself why my career had a good start - it was because people saw something in me." The 56-year-old said, "Because of my wrong choices, my career suffered. I worked on regaining faith in myself and staying disciplined. If you are disciplined, you can put more effort into your work without feeling pressured." Bobby also addressed the issue of typecasting in the industry: "In this business, it's easy to get typecast, and it's tough to break out of that mould. OTT gave me the chance to do that. Playing antagonist roles and receiving appreciation for them was something I hadn't imagined. But every antagonist has to be different - whether it's my character in Aashram or Animal (2023)."htc...
