India, Aug. 3 -- Veteran singer Asha Bhosle has sold her apartment in Pune for over Rs.6 crore. According to the property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the singer's flat is around 3,401 sq ft. She purchased the apartment in February 2013 for Rs.4.33 crore and after selling it, she and her son, Anand Bholse, have earned a return on investment of around 42%.
