Chandigarh, Aug. 11 -- The Congress on Monday questioned the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government over the recruitment of several candidates from outside Punjab in the health, power and other departments, calling it an "anomaly." Health minister Balbir Singh, however, urged the opposition party not to mislead the House.
