India, Oct. 23 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday said the effectiveness of administration should be measured by the positive changes it brings to people's lives, emphasising the role of public servants in ensuring that government schemes reach those most in need.

In a post on social media platform X, the Chief Minister extended his wishes for Sadhana Shrankhla-2026, a two-day regional programme being launched in Lucknow with the participation of eight states and four Union territories. Union minister of state (independent charge) Jitendra Singh is scheduled to attend the event, according to the state government's statement.
