India, Dec. 13 -- The Centre told the Delhi High Court on Friday that X Corp has been violating its communications to join its Sahyog portal, even after its authority to issue content-blocking directions through the central portal was upheld by the Karnataka High Court. Centre's standing counsel Amit Tiwari submitted before a bench of justices Prathiba M. Singh and Amit Sharma, following the Karnataka high court's September 24 ruling, that the government issued multiple communications to the platform to join the portal, but the company failed to do so.htc
