India, Aug. 15 -- The cast of the X-Men reboot has finally been unveiled. The announcement was made at the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, which kicked off on August 14 in Anaheim, California. On Friday, the cast of the new planned X-Men film under the Marvel Cinematic Universe was unveiled.

At the event, Jake Schreier, who is directing the X-Men reboot for Marvel, was joined onstage by star Sadie Sink, who made her debut as Jean Grey in Marvel Studios' Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Sadie and Jake then revealed the rest of the cast of the upcoming X-Men film.

Kit Connor was announced as Scott Summers, aka Cyclops, the leader of the X-Men, while Christopher Abbott will play their mentor Professor Charles Xavier. Samara Weaving has been ...
