India, Sept. 4 -- A 19-year-old man who forced his way into a Virginia elementary school and was later found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound has been identified as Anthony I. Ignatiadis-Isabelle, according to a Waynesboro Police Department.

Ignatiadis-Isabelle, of Waynesboro in Augusta County, Virginia, entered Westwood Hills Elementary School on September 2, triggering a lockdown and a major law enforcement response.

According to police, officers were notified at about 9:12 a.m. about a suspicious individual on the grounds of Westwood Hills Elementary School at 548 Rosser Avenue. Authorities said the 19-year-old forced his way into the building.
