India, Aug. 12 -- Josh Kushner is well recognized as the sibling of Jared Kushner, who is the son-in-law of Donald Trump, and as the spouse of the supermodel Karlie Kloss.

On Wednesday, ESPN's Ramona Shelburne reported that an ownership group spearheaded by Josh Kushner and Bob Iger is acquiring the NBA franchise, which is valued at $12 billion.

This development occurs less than a year after Mark Walter was formally recognized as the majority stakeholder of the Lakers.

Kushner wed the supermodel and entrepreneur Karlie Kloss in 2018.

According to a post by Kloss on X, she and Kushner first met in 2012 and were in a relationship for six years prior to their marriage.
