India, Sept. 9 -- Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams has been forced to release former inmate Debisa Ephraim, who was arrested on suspicion of attempted second-degree murder and assault in April this year, according to CBS. While Debisa Ephraim was deemed incompetent to stand trial, the sheriff issued a formal warning on X to make the public aware of Ephraim's "past violent actions."
Debisa Ephraim, 21, is a refugee from Tanzania. He has engaged in two violent attacks on Northern Colorado men, Sheriff Steve Reams told CBS.
