India, Aug. 28 -- Two men Daejon Love and Taylor Jamie Chan were arrested in Boise, Idaho, for allegedly scamming at least 26 women for over $1.3 million, posing as members of the San Francisco 49ers squad.

They were arrested and charged with wire fraud on August 24, the US Attorney's Office in the District of Oregon announced. Daejon Love, 35, and Taylor Jamie Chan, 18, allegedly began their scheme in February 2022.

They would meet women via dating apps, with Jordan Love posing as a member of the 49ers squad and Taylor Jamie Chan posing as his financial advisor.
