India, Sept. 7 -- The death of Mica Miller, a 30-year-old South Carolina pastor's wife, continues to draw attention nearly two years after she died at a North Carolina state park. Her case has returned to the spotlight with the release of the docuseries "Death of the Pastor's Wife," which examines her marriage and the months before her death.

Mica died on April 27, 2024, at Lumber River State Park in Robeson County, North Carolina. Authorities ruled her death a suicide after investigators determined she died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Officials said they found no evidence that her estranged husband, pastor John-Paul Miller, was involved in her death.
