India, Sept. 28 -- It's not often that India and Pakistan play each other in cricket tournaments. But when they do, it is usually more than once. Take the ongoing Asia Cup 2025, for example. The league stage contest, followed by the Super Fours and now the final, first time in 41 years. The once arch-rivals will be clashing once more for the biggest prize in the subcontinent. India has won the Asia Cup a record eight times across formats, while Pakistan are way behind with just two wins - in 2000 and 2012.
