India, Aug. 12 -- Lindsay Clancy's finances have drawn fresh attention as her murder trial over the deaths of her three children continues in Massachusetts. Clancy, a former labor-and-delivery nurse, is accused of killing Cora, Dawson and Callan at the family's Duxbury home in January 2023.

Her defense says she was suffering from severe mental illness and postpartum psychosis, while prosecutors argue the killings were intentional.

Lindsay Clancy worked as a labor-and-delivery nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital before the killings. She had also reduced her working hours after the birth of her third child as she dealt with mental-health problems.
