India, Jan. 16 -- justify;">In a significant step towards strengthening healthcare infrastructure in border areas, the Uttarakhand government on Thursday signed a key Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) under the 'Swasth Seema Abhiyan'. The agreement was signed in the presence of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the Chief Minister's residence.
Health Minister Dr Dhan Singh Rawat and Cabinet Minister Saurabh Bahuguna were also present on the occasion.
