India, Sept. 16 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami spent his birthday with children studying at the National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities, sharing the occasion with them and encouraging them to pursue their goals with confidence.

Dhami visited the institute on Wednesday, where he cut a cake with the children and spent time interacting with them. He met the students warmly, spoke with them, encouraged them and shared the celebrations. The children appeared excited and happy to have the chief minister among them.
