India, Sept. 25 -- Director General, Medical Education and Training will release UP NEET UG Seat Allotment Result 2026 for Round 2 on September 25, 2026. Candidates who have registered themselves for Round 2 counselling can find the direct link through the official website of UP NEET at upneet.gov.in.

The allotment letter can be downloaded from September 26 to October 1, 2026.
