India, June 5 -- West Bengal leader of opposition and expelled MP Ritabrata Banerjee on Friday said he is confident that the support for the rebel faction of the TMC will keep on increasing. His comments come at a time when the Trinamool Congress seems to be facing one the biggest crises in recent years.

Banerjee asserted that while he has a backing of a majority of TMC MlA's, he has not spoken to any MP in the last week and expressed confidence in the rising number of supporters.
