Bhubaneswar, Oct. 31 -- Three members of a family, including a nine-month-old, were killed after a massive landslide triggered by heavy rainfall following Cyclone 'Arnab' swept away their house in Odisha's Kandhamal district, officials said on Friday. The bodies of Achyut Pradhan (30), his wife Manasi Pradhan (27) and their nine-month-old son were recovered from beneath debris and slush on Saturday evening at Dangesi village under Raikia block, they said. The house, located at the foothills of a nearby hill in Manikeshwar panchayat, was swept away by a powerful torrent of water carrying mud, sand and debris following incessant rainfall on Friday morning.
