PATNA, Aug. 12 -- Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Tuesday demanded from CM Samrat Choudhary to ensure that teachers of Urdu, Arabic and Persian language in government schools were not transferred in an arbitrary manner and proper norms be followed for postings of the teachers.

In his letter to the CM, the Opposition leader has highlighted that complaints were being received that teachers of various subjects and languages mainly Urdu, Arabic and Persian were being put on the transfer list by categorising them as surplus in many schools against the laid down standard criteria.
