PATNA, Aug. 3 -- Leader of the opposition in Bihar assembly and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav stirred a row on Saturday by claiming that his name was missing in the draft electoral rolls published in the poll-bound state. However, after the Election Commission of India (ECI), rebutted the claim and termed it "factually incorrect", the Opposition leader insisted that there was a "change" in EPIC number allotted to him.
