India, Oct. 23 -- There is no evidence to suggest that actor Sushant Singh Rajput was "illegally confined, threatened, or provocated/abetted to commit suicide" by Rhea Chakraborty or to establish that she embezzled his funds or possessions, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has claimed in its 'closure report' into the death of the actor, people familiar with the development said, adding that Sushant, in fact, called Rhea "family".
