NOIDA, April 1 -- The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India has suspended the registration of insolvency professional Hitesh Goel for two years, following a disciplinary panel's finding of lapses in the corporate insolvency resolution processes of Supertech Ltd and Nobility Estates Pvt Ltd.
The lapses included failure to disclose material information in information memorandum and to convene first meeting of the Committee of Creditors. Goel said he will take legal remedies against the order.P3
