India, July 20 -- Sonam Wangchuk's wife has moved the Delhi high court's division bench again against single judge's order refusing to permit her to transfer the activist from Safdarjung hospital to a private hospital

The petition will be mentioned before a bench of chief justice DK Upadhyaya & justice Tejas Karia at 10:30 am, for urgent listing.
