Pune, July 1 -- Advocate Ashutosh Srivastava, who is representing accused Siya Goyal in the Ketan Agarwal murder case, on Tuesday issued a Rs.10 crore defamation notice to her brother Sahil Goyal over his claim that his family had appointed another lawyer to represent Siya. Addressing the media, Srivastava said his team has been legally authorised by Siya Goyal to represent her and dismissed claims made by her family questioning his appointment as her lawyer.
