New Delhi, Aug. 4 -- At least a dozen schools and the mayor's office were sent emails on Monday morning warning of bomb blasts at Red Fort, the schools, as well as the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and mayor's offices any day between August 3-15 (Independence Day). They triggered thorough searches and anti-sabotage checking of all the structures after which they were declared hoaxes as nothing suspicious was found, according to at least three police officers aware of the matter. Police did not name the schools which received the threats.
