New Delhi, May 27 -- Unidentified thieves allegedly broke into the flat of a woman scientist inside the Defence Research and Development Organisation's (DRDO) residential complex in north Delhi's Timarpur and decamped with valuables worth around Rs.50 lakh, police said.
The burglary took place between May 15 and May 23 while the scientist, Seema Gautam, was in Chandigarh visiting her family. Police said suspects allegedly entered the high-security complex by scaling a boundary wall near a drain. A probe is on. HTC
