PATNA, July 27 -- Union minister and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) president Chirag Paswan on Saturday expressed "regret" over having to support the chief minister Nitish Kumar-led government in Bihar as he again targeted the administration over the "deteriorating" law and order situation in the state Both LJP (RV) and Kumar's Janata Dal (United) are part of the BJP-led NDA. Referring to the alleged gang-rape of a woman inside an ambulance in Gaya Ji, the Hajipur MP said: "The accused may have been caught, but the fact remains that the administration is unable to prevent such crimes.
