New Delhi, Aug. 27 -- The movement of traffic on key roads in the Capital are expected to soon be affected with the Public Works Department (PWD) set to undertake repair and rehabilitation work on three major south Delhi flyovers simultaneously. The project involves the replacement of expansion joints on the Nehru Nagar, AIIMS and Barapullah Phase-I flyovers and the installation of height barriers on the Nehru Nagar flyover, said officials. The work, likely to begin in a month, is estimated to take around four months and cost around Rs.1.5 crore, said officials. The three flyovers lie in close proximity to one another.
