India, Sept. 7 -- Two Powerball players in Missouri and Texas won an estimated $1.8 billion jackpot Saturday night, September 6. This is the second-largest prize in game history. With the victory, a historic run spanning over three months came to an end.

The winning numbers were 11, 23, 44, 61, 62 and the red Powerball 17, the New York Post reported.

The winners, who are new billionaires, will now be able to choose between the nearly two billion-dollar jackpot paid out over a course of 29 years, or a one-time lump sum of $826.4 million.
