Rohtak, Sept. 2 -- The husband of 35-year-old Dalit woman, whose nose was chopped off by her 29-year-old neighbour on Monday accused the Israna police of not arresting the accused even after six days and derailing the investigation.

The victim was returning from her work in Panipat when the incident happened.
