India, Aug. 21 -- Patrick Clancy was seen having a tense, emotional talk with his new wife as his ex Lindsay Clancy's murder trial enters its third week, RadarOnline reported.

The stress of the ongoing murder trial may be getting to Patrick Clancy. He was reportedly seen looking "tense" while talking to his rarely-seen new wife during a break in the trial.

He was spotted having an emotional conversation with his wife, fertility doctor Rachel Danis, on what looked like a rooftop patio of a high-rise in New York City, as per TMZ. The two were seen at a Manhattan apartment around 8pm on Thursday, while Lindsay's trial was on a break.
