India, Jan. 27 -- After days of chaos and boycott threats from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in purported solidarity with Bangladesh, the issue now appears to be losing momentum. PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi has said a final decision will be announced by Monday, but media reports suggest that a boycott of the T20 World Cup, or even the high-profile match against India, is unlikely to materialise.
Naqvi met Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday and placed all options on the table, with a final decision expected by the start of next week.
