India, Aug. 1 -- With the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education having decided on July 30 to grant exam-related concessions to students with disabilities solely on the basis of the unique disability identity (UDID) certificate, the decision is being hailed as a positive step for students with disabilities however it has created confusion and concern among the parents of autistic students.
