India, Sept. 25 -- Iron is a crucial nutrient required for transfer of oxygen to each part of the body. In an interview with HT Lifestyle, Dr. Karuna Chaturvedi, head, clinical nutrition, Max Super Speciality Hospital, Noida explained the importance of having iron-rich foods in everyday diet.
